7 and 8 May was our WHD 2015 Blood Donation Drive.

After months of promotion, we could see people from all walks of life have made their way to FSKTM, UM to donate blood: students, lecturers, UM staffs, even members of the public!

In total, we successfully attracted MORE THAN HUNDRED PINTS OF BLOOD, congratulations to the crew and we owe a big thanks to those who came, we believe you guys have really helped those in need!

We would also like to thank our collaboration unit, the Hemophilia Society of Malaysia (HSM), for having an exhibition at Foyer A, outside of the blood donation venue for both 7 and 8 May to spread hemophilia awareness.

Mr. Ahmad Hisham, the HSM representative, has demonstrated how a hemophilia patient injects clotting factor:
We truly hope that everyone get to know more about Hemophilia from HSM's exhibition. Tell the world that #HforHemophilia

Next Saturday will be our Jogathon (Fun Run), the last batch of registration was also closed on 8 May at 11.59 p.m., we are truly grateful of all the support we have received, once again, THANK YOU!

The Jogathon (Fun Run) attendance confirmation will start at 7 a.m., participants please come in appropriate running outfit (T-shirt will be given on the day of event). We encourage all participants to have breakfast before coming.

It's been a very hectic week for all the first year students from FSKTM, UM. With mid-semester tests, assignment due dates and tasks towering up on their shoulders, they still managed to spend some time to go out and reach the people in other parts of the university!

Today, the WORLD HEMOPHILIA DAY 2015 Team went down from the "mountain" to different areas of the UM campus to promote the World Hemophilia Day events.

Look, they're all in red to show support to the Hemophilia society!

The team, then split into smaller groups to distribute flyers: Group A (Food Village - KK3, 4, 7 - FSSS - UM Central)  and Group B (UM Main Library - KPS - DTC - KK12).

BREAKING NEWS: Khairul and Amir were happily taking selfies when Amzar was pasting flyers on the notice board.
After a long walk, the team ended the promotion march at about 7 o'clock in the evening. I believe they must be very tired now as they had been preparing for exams this whole week.

No matter what, let's have a good rest and look forward to the next promotion march!
